Contacted Eden nearly a month ago, Dan did turn up to organise a quote. That's where the contact ended. We rang enquire and were told the quote had been sent, but he would send it again. Still hasn't arrived. Leaves us with no confidence in them, even if they finally did manage to give us a quote. Obviously they know this, thus the no forthcoming contact. What they didn't realise was that we were prepared to give the reasonably large job to the first company that actually provided us with a quote.

Contacted this company for a quote 3 weeks ago, start of October. The owner sent an underling whose subsequent quote has never materialised. It's now the end of October. We told them that we were happy to wait til early next year for the job....not the quote. If this is how they treat potential clients it would make me very hesitant to commit an entire project to them.

We would like to thank Dan, Matt and the boys for all the hard work they have put into our backyard. It was like a goat track when they started on it just 4 weeks ago and we are so pleased with the work they have done. It is just so wonderful to look down now that it is finished. Before they did the work I used to fall over all the time when putting my washing out. We could not walk around the side of the house it was just a ledge, but now we have a beautiful side with pavers on it and I can now use my laundry door to put my washing out. We are so pleased with it! They went above and beyond with the plant selection, I just don't know how many more words I can use. It is so wonderful once again, thanks.
