Our Cranky boss has been operating hospitality businesses for 20 years. Starting in Sydney, Cranky boss Mark relocated to Newcastle in 1999 and quickly became part of the Newcastle hospitality landscape. Mark is known for his passion for food and coffee and has established iconic Newcastle Beach Kiosks and Restaurants. The staff at Cranky Chef Catering include qualified chefs and experienced cooks and we operate our outlets 364 days per year. Our experienced kitchen staff prepare fresh food daily for a number of local hospitality businesses. The Cranky staff are exprienced in catering for large and small events including team building and corporate events, lunchtime meetings, afternoon and morning teas and large evening functions.
