Craig recently wired a new oven for us but testing it yesterday it wasn’t working. We contacted Craig & he came later that day to fix the issue. A decent chap! Phil & Marilyn

It took 2 weeks for Craig to contact me. He came and checked out the problem with the dishwasher and ordered the part. This came in yesterday. I have sent him two sms messages asking when he can finish the job and get my dishwasher working again. I don’t know if it’s because this is a warranty job or not, but it would be appreciated if he would return phone calls and messages. He is a lovely person who does a great job and his prices are better than most, but not great as a communicator
