Counselling Relationships aim is to enrich interpersonal relationships by supporting individuals to become conscious of personal patterns, needs and wants in relationship. Counselling provides a safe and supportive environment in order to unpack and process various mental, emotional and feeling states. The basic foundation of counselling are the qualities of unconditional positive regard, empathetic understanding and congruence. These qualities cultivate a basic respect for the client and a willingness to help them improve. The counselling I offer is for individuals, couples and families who wish to experience greater connection, meaning and fulfilment in their relationships by; understanding the blocks towards communication, learn how to de-escalate conflict and negative patterns, communicate effectively, create more intimacy, understand your own and the "others" relationship needs and love languages.
