On contacting Cotton Tree Holiday Park again we spoke with a delightful representative who resolved our issue. Thank you. We are pleased to upgrade our rating to five stars.

Would not recommend Cotton Tree Holiday Park. Although the park is certainly nice the business practices leave a lot to be desired. We had a major problem develop with our van 36 hours before our planned arrival. We booked for seven days some time back and paid a deposit. We notified the park of our misfortune, and their response was to confiscate our deposit. We will not be back EVER and will ensure our friends are aware of this price gouging practice.

Very relaxing place and kid friendly. Lovely to swim or stand up paddle as there are no waves. Great place for food or drinks as well.
