Phil seemed like a very good bloke and was on time. Which is a good thing because lateness isn't something that people appreciate. The driving lesson was excellent and I think Phil was a good instructor. The driving lesson helped me pass the test essentially and helped me acquire driving skills that will stay with me for a very long time. Safe driving and obeying road signs prevent accidents and mishaps.

My son just had his first lesson with Phil Burns and unfortunately we decided to cancel all other future lessons with him. My son did get a bit out of the lesson. However, we found Phil to be arrogant, aggressive & extremely rude. He did not take the time to talk with my son about where he was up to, assumed my son knew where he was going (which he didn't) & ended up with my son being made to change lanes hurriedly, whilst going through traffic lights and Phil didn't even notice/remember. Phil didn't give enough preparation or warning as to what would be required. After his final incredibly rude insult to me it made the decision to cancel the additional lessons we had planned immediately much easier. Phil bragged that he has been a driving instructor for many years, but perhaps is due for a refresher course?! Just because someone has done something for a long time does not make them good. There was no indication that he has the temperament for this role & every indication that his personality & style might clash with many. Sadly, we cannot recommend him to anyone.

What a great learning experience i think every one on the road should come to you guys for training at least every couple years Government should fund it less deaths the better fantastic service and thanks
