But we will teach you how to use food and exercise to build more of what fuels your fat burning fires each day. We will also work closely with you to ensure that while doing that, your health and well being continually improves. Our training methods ensure functions such as mobility and core strength are given as much focus as weightloss and fitness. This ensures you are able to reach optimal wellness whilst undertaking our programs We also take our own education very seriously. We are constantly researching and learning to ensure that you are not victim of the latest fad, but can take benefit of the latest factual research to ensure you reach your goal. How could we offer you proven solutions without constantly developing our own understanding of health and fitness. Motivation: Ok, so you are 100% committed for the first week. You jump out of bed and you do what your trainer says - 100%! But as it gets further into your program, it becomes easier to hit that snooze button, or not make your training session because you have had a 'hard day' at the (office)(home)(workplace)! We know - everybody has those days! To combat this, we use a range of strategies such as goal setting and a supportive, accountable environment to keep you on track. At the end of the day, we use scientifically proven techniques combined with caring trainers who will be there for you each and every step of the way.
