Aside from being a nice bloke Ryan is knowledgeable, prompt and efficient with excellent explanations to the client of what needs to be done and why. He gets the result and provides guidance of how to avoid the problem reoccurring extending the life of the appliance.

Ryan was so responsive and when our fridge broke down last week and we called he was away but made us his first point of call on the Monday he returned. He anticipated the problem and the parts to repair on the spot within an hour. So professional and incredibly experienced-he came highly recommended by 2 other tradies and it obvious why - thanks Kathy and John

Ryan came around to check the dishwasher as requested & so far all good. Often when dishwashers or washing machines go wrong it's cheaper to buy new but not this time. Would recommend even though he's very busy. Make sure you make an appt a few days in advance. Happy with the service.

I would highly recommend Ryan. Had an LG fridge repair completed even though LG did not know their French Door fridges had springs in their doors. He did not give up and 3 visits and some research fixed the problem.

Ryan responded to our call on Saturday to examine our 10-year-old Westinghouse fridge-freezer, and he arrived within 20 minutes. He identified the fault within 10 minutes. He ordered the replacement part on Monday and installed on Tuesday. Outstanding service!

Had excellent service from Coolum Beach appliances, he did such an excellent job explaining to me what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it. The tech was friendly, helpful and obviously very experienced in machine mechanics. We would certainly use this service again.
