The Court process is quite a quick one and while there might be some matters that lead to a delay it is reasonable to expect that you will be divorced within 1 month and a day after the date your application is Heard by the Court. There is usually a lead time to get a Hearing date and you might expect the time to be reasonably within a few months of application.
