Coolangatta First Aid

Thursday night classes are fast, great time and easy. Michelle is friendly and made me feel welcome. Greg the trainer has a massive knowledge and explains things in an easy way to understand. Surprisingly I learnt a lot and will definitely be back next year for my CPR.

As a first responder and having done many First Aid and CPR courses, this is hands down the best ever! Greg is awesome with his delivery and the online pre-course is comprehensive and relatively pain free. Being able to complete this prior and attend a 1- or 2-hour face to face component will have me a returning customer and recommending to anyone who needs to update or gain their qualifications.

I did the express CPR/First Aid, I learnt a lot of new things. The technology is awesome, online work is easy and the videos were excellent. Greg my trainer was engaging and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to Coolangatta First Aid. I will definitely use them for my refresher next year.

The express training is awesome. I did my online work at home. It was well done and I actually found myself enjoying it. The practical was great, I learnt more than I have at other providers on the Gold Coast that dragged it out. Staff are professional and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back for my refresher.

I did the express training at Tweed, it was awesome. Great online work, the training was practical and common sense training, Greg our trainer was on point and patiently answered my many questions. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and offered to make me a cuppa. BTW the coffee and tea selection was the best I’ve ever seen. Will be back next year. It was an easy drive from Tugun, not much traffic going south.

Great company, when I came in they were friendly and had the best range of tea and coffee I’ve ever seen. Easy enrollment online, good online work. First time I’ve trained with these guys. Greg showed us a real defib and I learned practical ways to bandage. I left feeling confident to perform First Aid ⛑️ if needed. Michelle was welcoming and easy to talk to, she offered us all tea and coffee. I liked her calm demeanor as if nothing is a problem. Very professional company, this was far the best class I’ve done. Will be back for my CPR refresher. Easy to book in, and great online work.

The express CPR is awesome, I did the 5.00pm class, easy enrolment, no fuss, they even had tea and coffee available. The training room was well resourced and very clean. Greg the trainer was engaging, I learn't a lot and I had my certificate by the time I got home. Will be back next year.

Easy to enrol online, the online work was just right and the best suprise was the actual training. I enjoyed the First Aid class and learnt things I had never learnt in previous First Aid classes with other providers. Greg kepted everyone engaged and at the same time we learnt a lot of new information. Practical class with a lot of real work senarios. Highly recommened.

The trainer Greg was excellent, he showed the class a real defib, rather than a trainer defib. I’d never seen one before. Excellent business, highly professional people and the training room is well resourced. Great job Coolangatta First Aid, see you next year for my refresher.

Greg and Michelle welcomed me on arrival. The coffee/tea was amazing to see. Michelle is awesome on the phone and called me back when I left a message. That alone was great to get a return call. I did the express training and it was the best CPR training I’ve ever had. Greg explained things well, but also made it easy to understand from a practical point of view. Professional operators. I liked the online work, it was just enough and I was able to work at my own pace. Easy parking and the training room is clean, full of resources and they provide a big choice of tea and coffee. The course is awesome and engaging. Just enough and practical information that I feel confident to use a defibrillator. Best provider on the Gold Coast. Highly recommended. 👏🏼

The classes are awesome, Greg explained clearly and was very engaging. These guys have their business sorted well. I was greated by a nice lady (sorry forgot her name), she offered me tea/coffee and made sure I was comfortable. The online enrolment is awesome, I was able to enrol in my own time, pay and complete my online work immediately. These guys have really thought about making the whole process easy.
