At Coolalinga Doctors and Health Centre you can see either Dr. Erik Hauge, or you may want to visit with Dorte Petersen, our resident naturopath. Before starting his own family GP practice in 1991, Dr Erik Hauge, the principal doctor and founder of Coolalinga Doctors and Health Centre, has been practicing in Darwin and the rural area since 1982. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1970 and later added a Dip. Anesthesia to his qualifications. Dr. Hauge practiced in the United Kingdom, Norway, Canada and Papua New Guinea before making Darwin his home. Dorte Petersen gained her naturopathic degree in Germany and has been providing services in natural health from the Coolalinga Doctors & Health Centre for more than ten years.
