Paid $165 for compound cream at 1pm went to pick it up at 3pm, when I arrived they didn’t have one ingredient and neglected to call me to let me know they couldn’t make up the cream. I attended the chemist the next afternoon at 1:25pm as the ingredient was to arrive and be made up that morning only to be told they had been too busy to make up the cream. I was asked to wait 20 mins, after 20 mins I asked if it was nearly ready as I was tired and wanted to go home. I was told it would take another 10 mins, but it took another 20 mins. When I spoke with the owner I explained the difficulty I have walking up the hill to get to the chemist and had now attended 3 times to pick up the cream, I was tired and had been in pain for two days waiting for the cream to be compounded. The owner was unconcerned of how I felt and refused to acknowledge the chemist neglected to contact me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS CHEMIST, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
