Your team were excellent. Unable however to install the appliance. I acknowledge that a call-out fee would apply. However $300+ seems extravagant when others would make the same call for $160.00. I am in a state of shock!

I found the staff very professional, great knowledge of their products specifications and they were able to quote within 48 hours. The installation went extremely smoothly even though we had issues with the actual date of installation. They were able to adjust the installation date several times to accommodate our renovator. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting air conditioners for their property.
