My super long extra thick hair had not been professionally seen to since before covid. Tanika was the 1st hairdresser who i said they could take more off the length if she deemed it necessary, rather than just hacking into it. Talking options for cutting some weight out/style throughout the entire process. Walked out feeling like a brand new person. The massage chairs at the basin are a bonus.

Amazing service! These ladies put alot of effort in to my thick long unruly hair to ensure it looked perfect, they also escorted me and my freshly curled hair to my car with an umbrella after it unexpectedly began to rain! I couldn't be happier with my hair 😍

Fantastic customer service. Loved the heated massage chair when getting my hair washed with a beautiful product called milkshake! My hair was in poor shape as I had not had my hair professionally cut in four years. Tanaka was amazing, best hair cut I've ever had. Highly recommend Concept hair design. I'll be back.

I saw Cathy yesterday and had my hair dyed bright green. I have been looking for a new hairdresser for many years as I have a very sensitive scalp meaning that brushing and pulling my hair can be excruciating. Cathy was absoloutley incredible, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay, being very careful of sensitive areas on my scalp and overall just a funny and kind person to talk to.
