These guys are great to work with. I had an issue with an old Shower Screen and it was resolved in no time. At first, I was on the phone with Belinda and let me add, she's terrific. She is so methodical with her communication, that it feels like a breath of fresh air dealing with someone that cares about our own time. She quickly confirms time and day. Then she gives you an update that the time and day is still on schedule as planned. She later sent a message on the day advising that the tradesman is still on schedule to arrive at the designated time and sure enough, the tradie rocks up, and does the work in no time. I don't see a need to use them again anytime soon, but if I did for whatever reason, I have to say, Belinda is wonderful and she really looks after you at the highest level. Not to mention, they are reasonable in price as well. 5 stars from me ! ⭐🌟🌟🌟⭐

08/01/2024. I called Complete Screening & Glass today to replace a shattered window caused by a rock from the lawnmower. Well what can I say , from first contact with Belinda who answered my call to Graig coming out to measure the glass door then coming back and Completing the job including cleaning up all evidence of a shattered window all within a few hours was a absolute amazing experience. I highly recommend this husband and wife local family business that clearly pride themselves on quality and service. We are so happy with our new Force Field Stainless Steel Security Sliding Door. Craig did a great job installing the door. He made sure that it was comfortable for us to open and close. Belinda was great and kept us up to date whether by email or talking on the phone. I highly recommend this company to all that need a new security door. Definitely worth it.

The work carried out consisted of replacing two windows which is only a small job but Belinda and the team were very professional and delivered on time and in budget.

I just had a sliding security door and a swing security door installed and are extremely pleased with both doors - from the first point of contact Belinda was excellent to deal with as she was very prompt to respond and kept me informed thorough the entire process - the installer Craig did a fantastic job of installing both doors and left the area clean on completion and was very professional - I have no hesitation in recommending them (they were recommended to me by a friend who also was extremely happy with their service) and I plan to get them to install some extra screens fitted next year.

Excellent work. Was quick to answer and after hours call and organised with the home owner for a time that suited all parties. Communication was excellent, prompt service, value for money and quality repair.
