When you visit our studios, you'll discover a welcoming community and a space where you can be yourself, enjoy yourself, and work hard. Our 45-minute sessions are fitness-oriented, suitable for all levels, and highly engaging. They can be your primary activity or complement your current fitness routine. We're conveniently located in Erina and Long Jetty on the Central Coast, and your membership or class pass grants you access to both locations.
