Flexible and dignified support is provided in-home and in the community to individuals with a disability. We provide excellence in all aspects of care ranging from nursing services, high intensity daily personal activities, respite care, transport, and community participation. Services are currently offered to individuals from 7 years and above in Toowoomba and surrounding areas. Individuals will be treated with respect and assigned a Case Manager who will collaboratively plan, facilitate, and advocate for options and services that meet your holistic needs.
