My bofriend and I are renting a Toyota and after days of not being able to close the sunroof and it raining the past 24 hours we decided to stop in for help! I didn't get his name but the man who helped us was extremely kind and helped us close the sunroof even though that meant him getting fairly soaked in the rain! IT also wasn't his responsibility to sort this out but he was more than happy to. Thanks heaps
