We have a full team of qualified Subcontractors to back up services ensuring our customers are extremely happy with the end result. We provide you with a full detailed quote and ensure our customers are always informed the status of their build. At the end of the day this is your home and we strive to make you happy. Brian has been a Builder since 1989 and has completed many homes and Commercial projects from Sydney to Brisbane.

Highly recommend Pritchard Constructions! Brian and the team did an amazing job on my structural house repairs and deck repairs. Brian displays real attention to detail and is efficient, and thorough in his work. Very professional and more than happy with the result. I had an outstanding experience with Brian and his son Jerod from Pritchard Constructions P/L. They helped me build a brand-new garage and converted my double garage into a studio apartment. The final results exceeded my expectations — they saved me both time and cost, and I couldn’t be happier. Brian is a highly experienced and hardworking builder. He starts work at 7am every day, always punctual, energetic, and ready to help. What impressed me the most is his honesty and transparency. His quotes are extremely detailed — breaking down every task, material quantities, and labour costs clearly, with absolutely nothing hidden. I have never seen such a thorough and transparent quotation before. Jerod is also an outstanding young builder. He always pays great attention to detail, approaches every task with sincerity and care, and completes every job perfectly.
