I took my car in to get a new air/con compressor fitted, they then rang and said that I would need a new TXV valve, and they could get one in the next day….cost for all this was $1831.30. I took the car back the next day, they fitted the new TXV valve and charged a further 1/2hr labour $82.50 + $11.00 consumables + tax. I went away happy, except it did not last very long, after a couple of hours shopping I jump back in my car and I have hot air coming from my air/con….I can tell you I was fuming, especially now that they are closed and so is everyone else for the holidays!!! I felt they had let me down, did not fully test and make sure the air/con was functioning for longer than at start up when it is in the workshop. I called in a mobile auto electrician and this young man impressed me greatly, only charges $130.00 ph he fixed the problem in half an hour and parts cost $30.00 I Do Not recommend Coffs Auto Electrician

I am very impressed with this companies professionalism when diagnosing the problem we had with our motorhome. They were very friendly & easy to get along with. Their workmanship was excellent & we r very happy with the installation of the new alternator & isolator switch for the start up batteries. I highly recommend Coffs Auto Electrical. I recently booked my car in for multiple services 1 of which I had taken to another business and they could not find the issue. Nathan thoroughly went over my car and finally found the issue without charging me hours of labour. I will be coming back most definitely!

I needed 2 things fixed. Charging issue, and intermittent tachometer issues. After paying for job, I discovered that the tacho was still faulty. I was then told that further payment would be required after admitting that they didn't even check anything in relation to the tacho. So if you want a business that openly admits to not doing the job that you've been charge for then expects you to pay $165/hr to complete the job....then this is the business for you! Poor

I recently booked my work car in for quite a lot of work to be done. Every single staff member was professional, honest, friendly and extremely helpful! I take extreme pride in my car and these guys treated it with the utmost respect and did a clean install with thorough checks. If you need an auto electrician you just can't beat Coffs Harbour Auto Electrical!

I seen a review here about the expensive pricing. I have had my caravan and car wired up by this mob and would definitely go to them again. They did a top job they were friendly and did a great job. They are only a little bit more expensive than the other people around town but i would definitely be happy to come back to them and pay the extra. Bob

Make sure u ask for a quote first then compare around town. They have the highest labour charge in area. When i called to complain of the excessive bill the owner made no apologies or justification of charge whatsoever like he was bored with conversation. Dont get caught like i did.
