Ben inspected a house [we are now] purchasing at Hernani, just west of Dorrigo. We met him onsite and, on completion of his inspection, gave us a common sense appraisal of the building(s) and later, a written report. Highly recommend Ben at CCBPI! Ben travelled just over an hour to complete a building & pest inspection for a property purchase for us, and was more than happy to do so. So pleased with how easy he made everything, from being responsive to messages, clear communications to a thorough & detailed report that was clear & precise! A phone call to explain what he had done in the report & what it all meant before he sent the report - definitely makes the process so much smoother. 100% will be recommending Ben to anyone I know needing inspections done!!
