Thank you for your prompt and reliable service Coastwide Towing. After breaking down on the freeway and being told we could not get a tow for 90minute, the tow truck arrived in less that 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional and delivered my vehicle to my mechanic. The driver was having trouble connecting to take payment but it eventually went through. When checking my statement, I noticed the payment had been taken out twice and was going to contact Coastwide but quickly noticed the credit had already been processed and refunded to my account within a couple of days.

Really grateful to Jinny for her help in arranging their manager to come out and help us this afternoon at Avoca Beach. Really appreciate the service, and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend.
