What does it mean "hold uncleared funds"?
When you make a purchase using your Visa card, the merchant will send an authorisation request to process the transaction. This authorisation request places a hold on the funds to ensure there will be sufficient money in your account to complete the transaction. The funds will be on hold for up to five business days, during which time the transaction will be finalised.
How long does it take for a bank transfer to come into my account?
If the funds were transferred via OSKO the payment will be instantly in your account, otherwise, assuming all the details are correct (name, account number and bsb), the funds should be received within 2 business days.
