Mark and the team were very helpful. I had a broken caravan window and called 4 other places who were not able to assist. Mark said they could help and although not a standard window they did a great job of replacing it at quite a reasonable price.

Came out for a quote. There was no response back for almost 3 weeks. When I called he said he would get onto it that afternoon. Called again in 2 days and he said he’d sent it but I assured him I’d not received anything on the 2 emails I’d given him. Called again in 2 days, he just stopped answering my calls. Each time I called I was polite so I don’t know why there was no response. Just very poor communication and unprofessional.

Hi Naomi, Yes we attended your property again for another quote which we submitted to your email address a number of times and also your second one, which you called me about and Yes we re sent and still you didn't receive them. At this point we decided it wasn't worth our time considering we had been out to you property on 3 other occasions to quote jobs that we did not get, Before I entered your property to measure up I considered not going in because I already felt it was a complete waste of our time and you were only using us for a comparison quote.
