I recently renovated my kitchen and bathroom, completely new layout requiring the pipes to be moved. I was kept informed the whole time about what was needed and why it was needed. The work was neat and they cleaned up after themselves. Thinking I needed to purchase a new gas stove I asked one of the workers on site and they were able to fix it saving me from buying a new one. When the bill arrived I was very impressed. This company will always be my first port of call for any plumbing issues.

I was a recent customer—I was given their number from a friend. I called the plumber from the number I was given and told him my situation of a leak in the laundry (the picture attached is of a joining room) and if it was to go over $500 to call me as this is the excess on my insurance. Wires were crossed and the leak was repaired before they got there. So due to no cancellation and pure incompetence from the plumber he proceeded to cut a hole in the wall without discussing it with me first. Long story short there was no leak, no water damage to the wall or marks on the carpet but they cut a hole in the wall charged me for the repairs and this is how it was left. Due to the fact we had moved and the house was being handled by real estate we were not there to watch what they were doing I feel they very much ripped us off and caused damage to our house fixed nothing and also charged on top of the damage to the wall for 4 hours of incompetence. Do not use them—find yourself a honest and reliable plumber.
