Kye Bruce and his team were incredible when helping me with my claim. They handled my claim with compassion and care, but still got me a very favorable result. They were always quick to reply and reachable by phone any time I needed to ask questions or wanted updates. A few years ago I was injured pretty seriously in what seemed to be a minor accident. The insurance company didn't believe me despite all of the evidence so I engaged Kye Bruce and the team at CBD law and I have to say, I hate to think what would have happened without them. It was the best decision I've ever made. During the claims process Kye and his assistant Mia had my back every step of the way, they believed me when the insurance company didn't and they made sure that the care I received was top notch and exactly what I needed. I came across CBD LAW during the covid pandemic in mid June 2020 via Google search and checked their reviews all of which were positive. After having 3 failed experiences in the past with reputable large firms in Sydney I took a chance and contacted CBD LAW which was the best phone call of my life. My workers compensation case was handled by Kye Bruce and found him to very professional in my dealings, prompt respones to my queries and highly knowledgeable in his field and nothing was difficult. Kye Bruce managed to settle my claim very smoothly and case finalised mid February 2022. I cannot put into words my high recommendations and my pleasure with Kye Bruce who is a testament to the great work he has performed with a complex case he had to deal with. I had the bad fortune to be involved in a car accident that was not my fault. The at fault driver’s insurance company claimed my injury was “minor” and refused to cover medical costs. I had the good fortune of having Kye Bruce act on my behalf. Kye is caring and professional. He fought the insurance company for my rights and ensured they met their obligations. I am very happy with the way in which he dealt with my case from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
