I have an Omega Seamaster which I have had for 14 yrs. 3 x during this period it has gone back to Omega when it has stopped and cost me close to $2K to get repaired. This time I took it here, they told me what they thought was wrong and then they fixed it in an hour and charged me $49. Great service from a team that are really honest & knowledgeable and certainly not out to gouge you like the bigger players. We are lucky to have them on the Coast and could not recommend them more highly - thank you

Yes they did get back to me. It was nice of them, although of from the old school and I believe in getting back to people. Common courtesy.

Simply excellent customer service and professional standard of workmanship. Everything about the business and staff, screams fantastic. If you need work on a timepiece, this is the only place on the Coast worth going to.
