Andrew is a highly skilled counsellor with extensive experience in helping people work through their struggles in life. He has a Masters degree in Counselling and is professionally accredited through the peak counselling body PACFA. Andrew works with individuals and couples and draws on years of experience to make clients feel safe, heard and valued. Andrew listens empathically while he tries to understand and feel what it’s like to walk in his client’s shoes. He believes in adapting his approach to the uniqueness of the client using evidence-based therapy such as ACT, which helps to create more psychological flexibility; CBT which helps a person overcome mental obstacles to healing, and EFT which allows a person to safely resolve emotional pain."
