Used Coastal Bolts and Fasteners for years and always had great service. On my last visit, instead of being charged the usual trade price, the Asian woman went full retail on me. Said she would look into it and call back. When she called back, not only was she rude but also said to go somewhere else. Well lady, I did and thanks to you, I was only charged 1/3 the prices you wanted to charge me. I now have a new supplier who offers all the same or similar products and at a 1/3 of your retail prices. Hope you change your attitude before your business goes bust.
