Certified Workmanship, Personalized Service Ian Jones began his career in the refrigeration and air conditioning business more than 25 years ago as an apprentice, obtaining full certification and working his way up to manager before opening Coast to Coal 19 years ago. The business name grew from Jones’ extensive experience serving the air con and refrigeration needs of the mining industry. And he has continued to do so in addition to serving residential, industrial and commercial clients throughout the Mackay area. While Coast to Coal currently has five employees, Ian prefers to remain on the tools himself, personally interacting with his clientele on a daily basis—ensuring each customer is fully satisfied. You can avoid these calls and save money with periodic DIY cleaning. Pull out filters once a month, take them outside and give them a wash and a spray. Coast to Coal sells a spray that kills and breaks up the mildew and dust mites that accumulates on the filters. Once they’re dry, simply place them back where they belong.
