We are new members to the Club so I invited friends to come for lunch. Four of us had steak & unfortunately the sauces were mixed up with one medium which was rare. The staff did change the sauce but obviously they just scraped it off & there was residue on the chips so my friend could not eat her meal. Overall staff are accommodating but a little disappointed overall !

Club Helensvale is my local and I pop in there regularly to grab a meal. They always provide good tasting food at pretty good prices. I like the lunch menu, it's great, I always get a steak just the way I like it.

This week we had a meal at the bistro. It would have been the worst meal. Our steak was burnt on outside, raw in middle, the prawn topping was cold, the salad (if you call it a salad) was so dried up and the chips were soft and half cold. On the whole it was terrible and it so over priced for what you get.
