The customer service is fantastic! Even when busy, they have a way of providing personalised customer care underpinned by a wealth of product knowledge. And the coral trout was outstanding !

We are visiting from the US and tried the oysters on the half shell. WOW! They were soooo clean and fresh...no grit at all and just beautiful! The shop is clean and smells great unlike many fish shops we've been to. We'll be back again and again! Love this place!

So I bought this fish from Cleveland Bay Seafood , Ingham road today1/2/21. It was originally 7 kgs but after they took the head and tail off it is only 4.6 kgs. That’s okay maybe the head and tail weighs more than it’s body.🧐 But see how they ruined the fish when I asked for cutlet pieces 😢. I paid $120 for this. What am I supposed to do with it ! Can’t fry, can’t curry.. I don’t know how to make fish soup🤪. Looks like they put it in a blender when I asked for cutlets . Obviously the young dudes in the shop today had no idea what they were doing. I am a regular customer at the shop, never had this kind of experience before . Will have to think twice before going to buy fish again 😬

This is our first Christmas in Townsville and we bought some Tiger prawns for lunch. They where big sweet and juicy 👍 I'll be definitely buying my friend fish from here, Thank you ☺️

I recently bought prawns, bugs, mackerel, oysters and scallops from your shop for a seafood dinner. Everything I bought was exceptionally fresh and very tasty. Your staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks guys for great seafood. I will definitely be back ...

The hubby won the Zinc 100.7 seafood tray and it was amazing great work from the staff at Zinc and even better still Cleveland Bay Seafood thanks so very much took us like 2 days to eat but enjoyed the nice fresh arrangement Cheers

I visited this seafood shop for the first time last week. My first impressions were 'the shop was quite small'. But I purchased some oysters and marinara mix which on first thoughts looked quite fresh. You can usually tell right! Well the visuals were confirmed by the final feast. Beautifully fresh seafood, reasonable prices complimented with friendly service.. To quote Arny....." I'll be baaack!!!"
