Having broken my hip, I am unable to put air in my tyres. I always go to Cleavers where they are so helpful to me, checking my tyres (always with a smile) whilst I wait. I have also had a few tyre related problems which have been dealt with quickly. Thank you Cleavers.

Booked your car in for 8 am turned up at 10 to pick up tyres not even on the car still changing then… soo many people standing around chatting .. what’s wrong with the professionalism of this company.. then get told is going to be another hour for the wheel alignment …then get spoken to rudely as it’s not their fault they are busy !!! i booked this a week ago . was told plenty of time got here on time .. soo obviously they need to get out off holiday mode and work don’t over book go somewhere else wish I did Rude Unprofessional and Dont Care about the Customer TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!

Had vehicle booked in at 10am. Dropped vehicle off at 9am. Picked vehicle up about 2pm and the vehicle hadn't been touched! If they call this service at Cleavers Wingham, they won't be getting any further business from me

Booked in for 2 new front tyres after failing pink slip rego check. Cleavers decided to remove the 2 back tyres that had passed testing, and use the 2 failed tyres on the back. A routine service the following week picked up what had happened. Upon returning to cleavers, after arguing the point, we were made to feel they were doing us a favour by now replacing the 2 dodgy back tyres with other 2nd hand tyres of a differing brand. No apology. Now we have 2 different sets of tyres and were made to feel it was our fault. Huh?
