My nutrition & health philosophy is one that looks at the whole person individually. I truly believe that not one single diet is suitable for everybody. For some people, even a diet that may be popularised as 'healthy' can prove problematic depending on the client's health concerns. There are many reasons for this, the obvious ones being food intolerances, disease states, metabolic health etc.
