My wife and I have received nothing but the best hearing advice and service and, just as importantly, respectful consultation from Terry and his equally engaging crew. Not only does he and his team put every effort to have you listening perfectly they also LISTEN TO you. At our advanced age that results in comfortable and empathic appointments. I can not thank Terry and the team at Clayton Hearing for their kindness and attention to detail. I first met Terry at our Bowls Club at an event he was sponsoring and we got to talking about my husbands continuous issues with his hearing aids. Terry listened to both my husband and myself and we had an appointment shortly after. Terry fixed in one appointment what we have been having issues with for years. We have been to a number of hearing places around town and not one of them were able to help my husband like Terry has. I would recommend Clayton Hearing to everyone. Thank you again Terry and Team you have literally change our lives.

Kerry has looked after me since I retired and not only my tests and hearing aids has also assisted me in getting the smoke alarm subsidy to give me peace of mind as without my hearing aids in at night this gives me the added protection of having flashing lights to warn me of fire. She has followed up to see that all is well after hearing test and updating hearing aids ( as I have been given up by hearing specialist that declare that I have a dead ear ) BUT Kerry has supplied me with technology that allows me to hear with that ear. When my brothers visits they wonder how I have managed to hear the TV with volume set at a reasonable level.

Thank you very much for being so kind and patient to us. Even though my husband can hear everything around him with his new hearing aid, he still wont listen to me. I thoroughly recommend this business to anyone.
