ABOUT CITY LAKE PROPERTY We are a specialist property management company servicing Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Central Coast areas. We are fully independent and locally owned and committed to providing you with a level of service that ensures you will receive personalised management of your investment property. We will: Conduct Open for Inspections and unlimited number of private appointments to show prospective tenants your property. We have a thorough tenant selection process which includes checks on Tenancy History databases. We communicate with you regularly to keep you fully informed. OUR SERVICES As your primary point of contact, Vicki Budden, is responsible for the day to day management of your property, including the preparation of leases, conducting inspections, arranging repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with property/tenancy law, and liaising with landlords and tenants. Vicki oversees all owner payments, rent collection, bonds claims and disbursements to ensure all transaction are completed promptly and accurately.
