Arrogance and ignorance are plentiful. Charges for work and equipment which did not happen or get used and gets angry when asked about it. Quoted for a solar array replacement which insurance knocked back because to expensive, he says only way to make it cheaper is get a whole new system and claim government rebate. Funny thing is invoice stayed the same, he takes rebate as profit margin. Find any other electrician to do your job is my advice.

charges travel time fuel expenses and cleaning of vehicle for local in town work , doesn't arrive at designated time , price gouges weekend rates , loves using a hammer . nope never again bery stressfull experience 😕

The charges you are referring to are standard with the running of a business, we like to be transparent with where the fees come from. We do not believe in price gouging however like many other businesses weekend work does generally attract a higher fee. This fee was in fact waived for you following the weekend work that was carried out at your property. Unfortunately, urgent jobs do arise which can delay works. We are working on improving our communication with clients who are affected with delayed works. Our employees used the hammer to run cabling from one location to another which was essential in completing your work. Again we are sorry for the negative experience you have had with us and want you to know we are taking this feedback very seriously and implementing necessary changes within our team.
