About Cinch Personal Training & Transformation Studio
Cinch is a boutique private group and personal training studio situated directly opposite La Trobe Secondary College (and next to Nice Guy Eddie Gelato!). Our trainers are all tertiary qualified in Human Movement or Exercise Science. Although we are a diverse team with different areas of interest - ranging from pelvic floor strength to improving your golf swing - we have one thing in common. We are all passionate about what we do, and our goal is to ensure others catch that passion too! We want you to get the results you want in a safe, clean, supervised and energised environment.

Are you a circuit class? How are the sessions run?
Most sessions in a gym are a sort of circuit, however to be more specific – it is not circuit style in that there is no timer and we are not competing against the clock or working to time.
Can I pause my membership when I go on holidays?
es – we have different options for our holiday lovers (we love holidays too!) you can pay a small extra amount weekly to allow you to pause your membership for two, four or six weeks per year, or you can opt to pay a minimum weekly amount of $85 and not pause.
