Scott was so friendly both over the phone and in person. His knowledge and expertise went over and above, showing us better ways of lighting the fire, maintaining it etc he certainly knows what he’s talking about and he was thorough, cleaned up and most importantly, made our fireplace as good as new!

Scott was here today and he went to a lot of effort to clean and repair my woodheater. He even had to nut out a factory flue defect and repair it. He's a good bloke who provides an excellent service at a very reasonable price. He obviously appreciates the business and its reputation. Thanks Scott

Scott's prompt service was exactly what we needed for our flue that was leaking water when it rained. He diagnosed the problem and had the parts replaced without any fuss. The flue was cleaned and repaired and it was clear that he takes pride in the job that he does. I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Price was good too.

Scott arrived today promptly and did an excellent job on repairing/replacing my flue. He also did a terrific job cleaning up and charged, I believe, a more than fair rate for the work he did. A true professional and nice bloke to boot.

I had the Chimney Doctor come out to my home recently for a routine clean. He was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He was very careful and took extra care over protecting my carpets and floors. The whole process was explained to me and he also made some valuable recommendations. I was quite happy to pay the price as I felt it was a job well done and will use them again.
