The best value for money pub food on the Gold Coast, Clean, an very modern pub

We used to frequent the Tavern weekly but have stopped. There are a handful of older regulars that harass any woman that enters the place. This happened several times with us where my partner was stared at, approached, propositioned and generally harassed. I wasn't comfortable to leave her for a moment to just go to the bathroom. She was always very upset by this as was I. The management turn a blind eye as these offenders are their friends. There are many better places to go to where there is no possibility of being set upon. Also shared toilets- no thanks.

Great tavern!! Love the new modern fit out, not so sure about the other post of a men’s bar as it’s far from a mens bar

Whoever decided on a closed in box of a room with no outlook as a tavern made a big mistake. This is a men's bar. It attracts groups of local senior men who look like they own the place. Then the bigger shock unisex bathroom!! What the hell!! On the upside the staff are very friendly and the food is good. So guys if your looking fur a men's bar then you've found it. I don't think the Mrs will be too impressed though.
