Don't waste your money

I had a meeting with Carol last year and I have to say I was so disappointed. I entered wanting a definitive answer to whether I had enough skills and experience to apply for a certain Visa, she could not tell me and didn't seem to know the specific laws and legislation regarding this. She would bring up pages on the websites and spent most of the allocated time reading out a checklist of documents I would need to upload in my application.
She did not tell me anything I did not already know and I left feeling as though I had totally wasted my money and time.
Her lack of knowledge was astounding and her advice to me was you can try apply, terrible.
My friend used her service too and their visa was rejected, she should have picked up that they were not skilled enough. How is she alowed to do this? She is just making easy money from worried people needing advice.
My advice would be to pay a bit more and go somewhere else. I ended up going to a proper agent and they gave me my answer
