Channel 7 Townsville does not answer their phone. They just reel off a long list of email addressed to contact them for various things. If you haven’t got a pen & paper handy you have no hope of remembering them all. Their phone service can only be described as disgusting & an extremely poor service to people enquiring about matters. None out of 10 is my score.

No one answers phones, everything's by email, service in tsv is beyond crappy, live TV, 7plus you name it, all is terrible service, constant freezing completely off air, technical error issues... PAINFUL do better ! Nit to mention everytime a plane goes over its cutting out as well...

Cairns news 2 days in a row in Townsville, what is going on, this has happened before, surely someone could check to make sure that the correct news can be displayed in the correct region.

Channel 7 change the channel of 7 mate from channel 83 to 84 then do not supply the channel any longer garbage service

Not a care of service from this mob rang to find out why I could not get 7 mate on channel 74 when I had it on channel 73 to be hung up on. Disgusting service.

Everytime the big bash is on seven just goes into lag and picture breaking up . Have reinstall channels to no avail. Am very frustrated with their reception. Was my favourite channel .😠😠

I live in Ravenswood. Channel 9 works great but all 7 channel work some times in the morning good after lunch comes up weak signal. 2 hours later works has got really bad last couple of weeks

Poor reception we live at Bushland Beach and for weeks now in evening have ongoing interference making the channel in watchable All other channels fine have had everything checked keep getting answers something to do with radio frequency interference

Why In a movie do you have 4 minutes of ads and 5 minutes of movie. Especially towards the end. Not watching any movies on 7 anymore. So annoying.

Again no AFL mentioned during the Sport report, just the biggest game of the year for Hermit Park Tigers and the Thuringowa Bulldogs facing off in the Grand final on the weekend. But I've come to expect that they haven't televised any AFL all year.

I would love to watch 7 local news but find it to difficult to listen to Rob brough read.He seems to pause between words constantly and seems to have very little interest in what he is trying to read.His mono tone sentences are to painful to follow so I have to change channels.Teach him how to read at least at grade 7 standards or put him out to pasture cos he is making channel 7 news look bad. Just sayin.......

why is it for the last few weeks you have played part one only of waking the dead on ch 72. This is only half of the story. Not all people have the work that is conformed to daylight. We shift workers like to tape programs & what next day. Very disappointing to not get part two.
