Just been told we can not book a cab a month in advance for a very special event on NYE. I had a quote advising this 80 min return trip would cost approx $250 for a maxi taxi however the response from someone I just spoke to on the phone, "Nah you just have to book on the day and see if you can get a taxi then." This is ridiculous to be honest. It's a wedding on NYE, which we have all paid over $1000 for accommodation as it is and we cant guarantee a cab nor do you want to guarantee your business?? Not understanding this, however we will take our business elsewhere.
