You are in control and decide how you want to be supported. Centre Care provides disability care services focusing on community care services with the aim to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of its consumers and their families. Centre Care has been established in response to local community demand for culturally informed, disability support services throughout Brisbane.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme or NDIS is a national scheme that provides support to individuals living with a disability. The NDIS provides support to eligible people with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities.
Who is eligible?
You must be under 65 to access the NDIS, be Australian citizens, Permanent Visa holders or protected special category visa holders and have intellectual, cognitive, neurological, sensory, physical, or psychosocial impairment.
