About Central Solar Systems
Established in 1978 as a joint venture with Rheem called Rheem Solar, Central Solar Systems has been at the forefront of energy efficient solutions for more than 40 years. We have a shop located in the Gold Coast commercial precinct of Bundall, across the road from the Australia Post Bundall Mail Centre. Central Solar Systems services the Gold Coast, Brisbane (mainly south of the Brisbane River), Logan, Redlands and Tweed. The current company director, Ray Cooper, has owned Central Solar Systems since 1997. Ray has an Honours Degree in Electrical Engineering from QUT, has many postgraduate qualifications including Renewable Energy Engineering and Business Management, and is a Clean Energy Council accredited designer of grid connected solar power systems.
