At Central Port Chiropractic we pride ourselves on being traditional hands-on practitioners. Jenny and her partner Shane moved from Melbourne to Port Macquarie in 2009, seeking a warmer climate and the chance of a more holistic lifestyle. Jenny has a genuine passion for the natural approach to optimal health and wellbeing. With a special interest in Nutrition, she has also completed further study in Pregnancy, Birthing and Paediatrics. Jenny loves keeping active; going to the gym, bike riding, participating in fun runs and mini triathlons. Up until his early 20's Shane experienced his own issues with spinal pain. It was at this time that he had his first Chiropractic adjustment. With regular adjustment Shane was able to continue with his active lifestyle, and was inspired to study Chiropractic at Melbourne's RMIT University. Relocating to Port Macquarie had meant that Shane can continue to indulge his love of surfing, boating and fishing, participating in fun runs, half marathons and regularly attending the gym. Professionally it also means that Shane has the opportunity to provide a pro-active contribution to the health and well being of the local community through Chiropractic care.
