Our clinic is open six days a week, with extended hours three nights a week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday). Our extended hours allow those commuting from the Central Coast to Sydney (or Newcastle) and back to keep up their health care, in spite of their long hours of travel. We love anything to do with muscles, bones, joints, nerves, athletic performance, acute or chronic pain, and our team is dedicated to helping you improve your health and well being. We genuinely care about our patients and want to know what we can do to help. Our approach is personal and holistic. We listen carefully to what is going on for you, and our goal is to help you fully understand what will help you become healthier and stay better. Whether you and your family come in for Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupucture, Remedial Massage Therapy care, or one of the other services we offer, we will do our very best to assist you to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.
