I had just received notification of fines of nearly $2000 and was frantic with worry. I didn't know what to do as I was a student and had no way to pay the fines. Lyndall went to work and within 3 days the tax department had not only reversed the fines, they owed me money! Words can't adequately express how much relief and gratitude I felt.
