Yes, i had the same problem with the automated car wash taking my money out of my card And not working. I understand these things happened. What I think is appalling is that I called the mobile number twice and left a message to call me back to get a refund. Not following it up is unacceptable.

Went to use the self service car wash, took my money but the car wash didn't work. Hyone was working on site at 12pm on a week day, rang the number a few times no one answered. Left voice msg and text finally got a reply a day later, want a refund sent them a photo of my receipt still no reply or refund!!! Terrible way to run a business, will never ever use again!!!!!!

I do apologise for your problem at our carwash. We did have a lot of trouble diagnosing an intermittent fault that is now fixed. Unfortunately the carwash is only attended till about 11am for cleaning as it is a self service carwash. Please do call in any day before 11 and we will be able to help. There was a bit of a delay replying as the attendant was really busy trying to fix the problem, which unfortunately took several attempts. It would appear fixed then start playing up again after we had left.
Again, really sorry and I do understand how frustrating it must have been. The automatic carwash is now fully functional and has been working well for over a week with no issues. I hope we do see you again, as we are quite proud of how well our carwash (normally) washes cars and our rates are competitive.
