Excellent service, my phone had been saved 🥳🥳🥳

I would also give 0 starts, but can't! Absolutely APPALING service and tgey managed to break my new Nokia phone after I took it there for a screen replacement. Thus took them weeks and 2 attempts. After the 1st attempt, the screen would not register swipe movements or anything. I took it back and they said it was faulty, they will replace it. When I enquired after several days, they have not even started with the replacement. Then much later when I collected my phone, it was broken, the new screen was not fitted, some of the internals were broken! This phone was sent to HQ who promised to repair it to new condition. Again after several weeks my phone was sent back to me. The new condition of tge phone was a glued back bit AND even after several hours of charging, the phone woukd not even switch on! What APPALLING service! If this is how they serve the public, we should reward them by NOT SUPPORTING their business! This "repair" has cost me all up approx $570 now! DISGUSTED!

Only gave 1 star because I was not able to give none. I really give 0 stars and do not recommended this 'store' to anyone.Young man was extremely rude and the manager is worse.Left me feeling ripped off and refused to listen to my concerns.Worst shopping experience in my life.Avoid this store at all costs!!

Absolutely disgusted with their service. Would never recommend casphone. Repaired an iPhone screen and gave back the iPhone with a broken button. Told us that it was "general ware and tear" even though it was perfectly fine before putting in the screen to get fixed.. When asking to speak to the manager I have never dealt with someone more rude. The young man that fixed the phone happens to be the managers son. Told me that I was wrong and was extremely mouthy and rude over the phone. I have never experienced such bad customer service.. Really disappointing.
